Access Your Download Area
We currently have 3 ways for you to get your images.
Option 1
Submit your Download ID in following form.
Please note: your Download ID is NOT the same as your Transaction ID, Receipt ID, or Invoice ID.
Option 2
We can re-send your download id via email. Please submit the email address you used during checkout.
If you paid with a Paypal account, submit your primary email address. If you cannot remember it, log into your Paypal account and check in your profile area.
Option 3
Contact us (estimated reply time: 5 minutes)
We can email a direct link to your download area and attach your image(s) to the message.
Please provide information (Transaction ID, Receipt ID, or Invoice ID) so we can find your order.
