Contributor Agreement
Sorry we currently are not accepting new contributors.
Digital image sales are split 50/50 between the contributor and ClipArtOf.com. Payments will be made on a monthly schedule and will be paid via paypal on or before the 15th of each month.
Each contributor is required to send a W-8BEN or W-9 form and this agreement with their signature and date at the bottom for tax records prior to account setup.
Each contributor may need to report income from ClipArtOf.com for tax purposes, and is responsible for doing so. Taxes are not withheld from payments.
ClipArtOf.com is non exclusive. Contributors are able to sell the same images on other sites, including micro stock sites, however it is required that a pseudonym (ficticious name) is used if the images are sold on any other subscription or micro sites.
Image prices are set by the artist and need to be set at whole dollar prices ($10, $15, $20, etc).
Each contributor will have their own login area to check their real time sales and to make image pages.
You grant ClipArtOf.com the permission to use your images for advertising purposes, of which you will be notified of if it is to be in print.
ClipArtOf.com has the right to remove any image from the site or not accept an image for any reason at any time. In such a case, you will be notified with a reason. Contributors also have the right to remove any of their images or terminate their account at any time for any reason.
Your name and any private information such as your address, telephone number and email address will be kept confidential.
All images must be your original artwork, created by you.
Artists retain all copyrights on their images.
